MEET NICCOLAS
AND HIS VALUES.

Meet Niccolas K. Pearson, a Bronx-born community advocate shaped by long work shifts, tight budgets, and the everyday realities of the neighborhoods he calls home. When he walks through the Bronx, people recognize something real in him: presence, warmth, and a genuine love for the people around him. Niccolas isn’t here to act like a politician. He’s here to represent the values that hold the Bronx together.

Why I Serve The Bronx?

I serve the Bronx because this is the place that raised me, shaped me, and gave me the strength, pride, and identity I carry every day. I know what it means to work long hours, stretch paychecks, support family, and live through the struggles so many of our neighbors face.

  • That’s why my advocacy is focused on what truly matters to people’s everyday lives. I will show up consistently in our neighborhoods, supporting families in crisis, helping connect people to resources, standing beside the sick, the homeless, and the mentally struggling, and bringing dignity back to those who feel forgotten.

  • I will work to unite our communities across cultures and blocks, because a united Bronx is a stronger Bronx. I will help fight for safer streets, cleaner neighborhoods, more youth programs, better access to jobs, and support for working parents and seniors.

  • My goal is simple: to make life easier, safer, and more hopeful for the people who call this borough home. Everything I do is rooted in lifting up the people who have always lifted me.

What I’m Doing Right Now.

TheBronxNicc.png

Every week, I’m out in our neighborhoods listening to concerns, supporting families, and speaking up about the issues that matter most to us. My work is rooted in showing up, paying attention, and standing alongside the people who make this borough strong. Here’s what I’m focused on today:

Niccolas is:

  • Supporting local community events by being present, listening, and uplifting the voices of everyday Bronx residents.

  • Speaking out for cleaner streets and safer blocks, especially in areas that feel overlooked or neglected.

  • Standing with working families who are dealing with long hours, low wages, or unstable living conditions.

  • Being available to people in need, whether they’re struggling with homelessness, mental health challenges, or day-to-day hardships.

  • Building unity across neighborhoods by connecting with residents from every background and every corner of the borough.

  • Showing up consistently so people know someone is paying attention, speaking up, and advocating for dignity, respect, and real community care.

This is the work I do now, and the work I’m committed to continuing for years ahead.

My Commitments to You.

I believe the Bronx deserves someone who shows up, listens, and stands with the people, not above them. These are the commitments I make to every family, worker, and neighbor in our borough:

Yes. I will be present at community events, transit hearings, neighborhood meetings, and the everyday places where real people gather. Showing up is the minimum; consistency is the standard.

“Will you show up for us?”

“Will you listen to real concerns?”

Always. I listen to working parents, young people, seniors, and anyone who wants to be heard. Your stories, your struggles, your ideas, they matter. You shape the work.

“Will you speak up for us?”

Every time. I advocate for safer stations, cleaner commutes, more reliable buses, and borough equity in transit investment. Cleaner streets, safer blocks, support for the homeless, dignity for the mentally struggling, it all connects to quality of life.

“Are you here for everyone?”

Yes. Black, Hispanic, immigrant, working-class, young, old, if you live in the Bronx, I stand with you. Our borough only thrives when all of us do.

“What keeps you grounded?”

My background. I’m a blue-collar worker, someone who experiences the same daily grind as everyone else. I know the pressure to support family, stay disciplined, and fight for a better future.

“What do you want for the Bronx?”

A borough with dignity, unity, and pride.
A Bronx that is safer, cleaner, more supportive, and where public transit works for working people, not against them. Faith, family, and work guide everything I do.

These are my commitments—not promises for someday, but responsibilities I carry every day.

From the Bronx. For the Bronx. With the Bronx.
